Trikkl is a small product team. We’d rather be honest about that than post made-up “always hiring” pages with nothing behind them.
The work
We build software for plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, dentists, pest control, and lawn care - shops that run on phones, not laptops. The product texts customers, chases cold quotes, and books past customers back. The bar is “a one-truck plumber gets value in 5 minutes.” Anything more complicated than that and we cut it.
What we look for
People who’ve shipped real things to real users. Comfort with messy operational realities - SMS deliverability, billing edge cases, the third-party APIs that don’t do what their docs say. A bias toward fewer features, simpler UIs, and direct customer conversations.
How we work
- - Remote, async-first. Real-time when it helps, not by default.
- - Small team. You’ll see your work in production within days.
- - Direct work with contractors. We talk to customers regularly.
- - We pay competitively for the role and skip equity theater.
